Product Description

TECHOEL FD630 is a lubricant containing solid polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lubricating particles. It offers lubrication while simultaneously providing cleaning action.

After the solvent evaporates, the dry surface layer consists of PTFE lubricating particles, which exhibit an extremely low friction coefficient, do not attract dust, and provide excellent lubrication and cushioning performance. With a wide operating temperature range, it can be used for lubricating difficult-to-lubricate equipment under extreme temperature conditions, extending lubrication intervals and providing perfect protective functions.

The dry film lubricant can penetrate and bond to the surfaces of metals, paper, wood, rubber, plastics, glass, or most other surfaces requiring lubrication, forming a non-staining lubricating film to prevent direct contact between friction surfaces and reduce friction.

Product Features

Provides long-lasting, excellent lubrication within the temperature range of -40°C to 260°C.

No flash point, no autoignition point;

Does not react chemically with oxygen or even liquid oxygen, and does not age;

Not easily volatile at high temperatures, with no carbon deposition or precipitation;

No migration, no loss at high temperatures;

Resistant to corrosion from steam, strong acids, strong alkalis, and nearly two thousand other chemical substances.

Chemically inert, insoluble in water and most solvents;

Can be used with almost any engineering plastic elastomer.

Simple application method, non-polluting, non-adhesive;

Naturally even film thickness, economical in operation;

Load-carrying capacity is three times that of ordinary lubricants;

When applied to metal parts, it provides good water resistance and rust prevention.

Does not deplete the ozone layer, with short drying time;

Non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating;

Complies with EU environmental standards REACH and RoHS.

Main Applications
  • Lubrication for the tray slide rails of CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs;
  • Lubrication for the retractable lenses and internal mechanisms of cameras, camcorders, and optical instruments;
  • Friction lubrication for plastic parts where wet lubricants are not suitable.
